Who you are contracting with

Volqer is operated from Spain. Full company details — registered name, tax number and address — are published here before any payment can be taken on this site. For anything concerning this policy or your data, write to info@volqer.com and a person will answer.

What is on offer

• Free audit — an automated analysis of a website address you submit, showing a score and the first findings at no cost.
• Full report — €49 per report, covering one site. SEO and GEO are separate products, priced separately.
• Consulting call — €150 for 60 minutes.
• Ongoing services — SEO + GEO Management, the Accelerator programme, and Google Ads or ChatGPT Ads management, at the prices published on the Services page.

Using the audit tool

The audit fetches and analyses the address you give it. You may only submit sites you own or are authorised to test. Automated limits apply per visitor to keep the service available to everyone; attempting to circumvent them, or using the tool to place load on a third party's site, is not permitted and may result in access being blocked.

What an audit is and is not

Audits are produced by automated analysis of publicly available information about your site at a single moment in time. They are a diagnostic, not a warranty. Sections that could not be measured are labelled as such and excluded from the score rather than guessed at. Findings are our professional assessment; acting on them is your decision.

No guarantee of results

We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, citations, mentions in AI answers, or any specific commercial outcome. Nobody controls those, and anyone promising them is describing something they do not own. What we commit to is method, cadence and honest measurement.

Payment

Reports and calls are paid in advance. Ongoing services are invoiced monthly in advance unless agreed otherwise in writing. Prices on the site are in euros. Applicable VAT is added where required; for business customers in other EU member states the reverse charge may apply where a valid VAT number is supplied.

Advertising budgets

For Google Ads and ChatGPT Ads management, the published monthly price includes the media budget — you receive one invoice, not two. The ChatGPT Ads platform enforces a minimum daily spend, which is accounted for within the published price. Advertising accounts remain your property, and you keep access to them.

Minimum terms and cancellation

• SEO + GEO Management has a three-month minimum, because the first month is diagnosis and foundations. After that it runs month to month, cancellable with 30 days' written notice.
• The Accelerator is a fixed three-month programme and is not a rolling retainer.
• Advertising management runs month to month with 30 days' written notice.
• Consulting calls can be rescheduled free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice. Missed appointments without notice are not refunded.

Right of withdrawal for consumers

If you are a consumer in the EU, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. Reports are digital content supplied immediately: by purchasing and accessing the report you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once it has been delivered. This does not affect your statutory rights if the content is faulty. This right does not apply to business customers.

Your responsibilities

For work beyond an automated audit, you agree to provide the access needed to do it (analytics, search console, advertising accounts, or the site itself), to give timely feedback, and to be responsible for implementing changes on systems we do not control. Delays in access delay the work.

Intellectual property

The reports and materials we produce are licensed to you for your own internal business use once paid for. The underlying methods, scoring models and software behind this site remain ours. You may share a report inside your organisation; please do not republish it as your own work.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, our total liability in connection with any service is limited to the amount you paid for that service, and we are not liable for lost profits, lost revenue or indirect losses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes fall to the courts of Spain. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version published here at the time of your purchase is the one that applies to it. Last updated: 6 September 2026.
