Cookie Policy
The short version: browsing this site sets one functional cookie (your language) and nothing else until you say yes. The only analytics tool, Microsoft Clarity, loads only after you accept it in the banner, and you can withdraw that at any time.

Cookies set when you browse
One: a cookie named lang that remembers whether you chose the English or the Spanish site, so you are not redirected against your choice. It holds two letters, lasts 12 months and is strictly necessary for that feature. You can read every public page, run an audit and read your results with nothing else being set.
Analytics, only with your consent: Microsoft Clarity
If you accept analytics in the banner, this site loads Microsoft Clarity, which records anonymised session replays and heatmaps so we can see how pages are used and where they fail. Text you type into forms is masked. Clarity sets cookies named _clck, _clsk, CLID, ANONCHK, MR, MUID and SM, with lifetimes from a session up to 13 months; some are set by Microsoft on its own domains. Clarity is not used for advertising. Microsoft's privacy statement (privacy.microsoft.com) describes how it processes this data. If you reject, or never answer, none of it loads.
The one cookie that exists
A single cookie, named volqer_admin, is set only when the site owner signs in to the private administration area. It holds a random session identifier, is marked HttpOnly and Secure so it cannot be read by scripts, expires after 12 hours, and is strictly necessary for that sign-in to work. Visitors never receive it.
Security cookies from our network provider
This site is served through Cloudflare. Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary cookie to distinguish automated traffic from real visitors and protect the service. Cookies of this kind are exempt from consent requirements because the service cannot be provided securely without them. They are not used for analytics or advertising.
When you pay
Payments are handled on the payment provider's own secure page. That page is theirs, not ours, and may set cookies necessary for processing the payment and preventing fraud. Their cookie policy applies while you are on it.
Local storage
Your answer to the cookie banner (accepted or rejected, and when) is kept in the browser's local storage for 12 months so you are not asked on every visit. Nothing else about you is stored there.
Controlling cookies
“Cookie settings” in the footer reopens the banner so you can change your choice; rejecting stops Clarity on the spot. You can also clear or block cookies in your browser settings at any time; doing so will not affect your ability to use this site. Last updated: 7 September 2026.
